Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device that can allow a fluid to flow at a flow rate corresponding to the hole diameter of a through hole formed in a valve body even if the valve body varies in position, and that is high in the flexibility of the position of the through-hole.SOLUTION: A valve device 1 rotates a valve body 20 on a support shaft 29 as a center on the basis of rotation of a valve body drive member 50 and thus switches a through hole 21 communicating with a flow outlet 44 formed in a valve seat 40 to adjust a flow rate. The through hole 21 is opened in a bottom surface of a flow passage securing groove 27 formed in the valve body 20. The flow passage securing groove 27 is in such a long-hole shape that a width X1 in a first direction X (peripheral direction) as a moving direction of the valve body 20 is smaller than a width Y1 in a second direction Y (radius direction) orthogonal to the first direction X. Therefore, a region overlapping with the flow outlet 44 is larger than when a circular flow passage securing groove is formed, and the space of a lower end face 201 of the valve body 20 can be utilized more effectively than when the circular flow passage securing groove is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
