Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle capable of improving degree of freedom for design or fail-safe performance, and a belt slip detection method.SOLUTION: A controller 102 of a vehicle 10 is configured to calculate an axial thrust ratio Rq and torque ratio Rtq of a drive pulley 70 and driven pulley 72. Also, the controller 102 is configured to calculate an estimated ratio Rest corresponding to a combination of the axial thrust ratio Rq and torque ratio Rtq, and a target ratio Rtar corresponding to a target drive torque of the vehicle 10. Further, the controller 102 is configured to, when the difference ΔR1 between the estimated ratio Rest and target ratio Rtar exceeds a first threshold THΔR1, determine that slip has occurred on an endless belt 74.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
