Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satellite capturing device that can reduce the time necessary for a satellite to be captured.SOLUTION: The satellite capturing device according to an embodiment includes: an antenna for receiving electric waves from an artificial satellite; a directional sensor for acquiring directional information; a positional sensor for acquiring positional information; a search unit; and a calculation unit. The search unit searches for an artificial satellite by making the antenna oriented on the basis of the directional information acquired by the directional sensor in a search range including a satellite target angle associated with the positional information acquired by the positional sensor. The calculation unit calculates the reliability of the positional information acquired by the directional sensor. The search unit searches a smaller region as the reliability becomes higher.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
