Title:
EDDY CURRENT FLAW DETECTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2018189530
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eddy current flaw detector formed of a high-temperature super-conductive wire material, the detector attaining reduction in the size and in the cost of the device by using an inverter circuit and a bridge circuit and also achieving increase in the portability.SOLUTION: The present invention includes a bridge circuit 23 formed in such a manner that a direct current power source 21 for supplying a direct current, an inverter 22 for converting the direct current from the direct current power source 21 into an alternating current, a measuring unit 30a with at least a high-temperature super-conductive coil 11, and an equilibrium adjustment unit 30b with at least a resistor are arranged in parallel. The measurement unit 30a is made of a circuit in which the high-temperature super-conductive coil 11 and a shant resistor 31 are serially connected, and the equilibrium adjustment part 30b is made of a circuit in which a variable resistor 33 and a capacitor 32 for equilibrium are serially connected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
