Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component mounting system configured to arrange multiple component mounters in the transportation direction of mounting object, and to automatically replace a component supply unit between a unit storehouse and multiple mounters, and capable of preventing decline in production efficiency even when component supply unit replacement work concentrates.SOLUTION: An electronic component mounting system is provided with a first unit replacement device capable of replacing component supply units attached to multiple component mounters and component supply units stored in a unit storage house, a second unit replacement device capable of replacing component supply units attached to multiple component mounters among multiple component mounters, and a controller controlling the first and second unit replacement devices so as to replace the component supply units.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
