PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content management system, a content management method and a content management program that confirm with high reliability that an image formed on a sheet is erased.SOLUTION: A CPU of a server comprises: an association unit 357 that associates content with erasure completion information; a formation time control unit 361 that controls an MFP to form an image of the content and a formation time image associated with the erasure completion information on a sheet; a disposal time control unit 367 that controls the MFP to form a disposal time image related to the erasure completion information associated with the content and an erased image on the sheet when the erased image is formed on the sheet by superposing at least a portion of the image of the content formed on the sheet; and a determination unit 369 that determines that the content associated with the erasure completion information has been erased when the erasure completion information is identified from the formation time image and the disposal time image included in single image data in which a smart phone images the sheet as a photogenic subject to output it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
