Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit device in which a function for adjusting an oscillation frequency can be selected when overvoltage or lower voltage is inputted thereto.SOLUTION: An oscillation circuit device 6 is formed of an input voltage conversion unit 7, a reference voltage unit 8, a reference voltage adjustment unit 9, and a clock signal generation circuit 10. Whether or not to operate the reference voltage adjustment unit 9 is determined on the basis of information at the input voltage conversion unit 7 to which information about input voltage Vin is inputted, and information at the reference voltage unit 8 which generates a reference voltage. Further, the clock signal generation circuit 10 determines the frequency and cycle of a clock signal CLK on the basis of the information about the reference voltage adjustment unit 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
