Abstract:
To enhance structural strength of a ring member for coming-off stop of two disk-shaped connection members forming a recliner in an axial direction.SOLUTION: A recliner 4 comprises: two disk-shaped gears, namely a lower gear 10 and an upper gear 20 which are assembled in an axial direction so as to rotate relatively mutually; a rotation stop mechanism for stopping relative rotation thereof; and a ring member 70 which is attached over outer peripheries 11, 24 of the lower gear 10 and the upper gear 20, and maintains a state in which the lower and upper gears are assembled in the axial direction. The ring member 70 comprises: a coupling part 71 coupled to an outer peripheral part 24 of the upper gear 20; a surrounding part 72 extended from the coupling part 71 in an axial direction and surrounds an outer peripheral part 11 of the lower gear 10 from an outer peripheral side; and a pressing part 73 which is folded to inside of a radial direction from an end part of a tip extended in an axial direction of the surrounding part 72 and is put to the outer peripheral part 11 of the lower gear 10 from outside of the axial direction. A protrusion portion 73A which protrudes and is bent outward in an axial direction is formed on the pressing part 73.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
