Abstract:
To provide a sheet metal structure which enables an operator to efficiently perform assemble work of the structure in a post-process of a sheet metal bending work.SOLUTION: Sheet metal portions of a metal sheet 10 with a protective sheet are a first sheet metal part 11 and a second sheet metal part 12, and are bent into a right angle L-shape. A protective sheet 13 is adhered to each of one face of the first sheet metal part 11 and the second sheet metal part 12. A mark 30 for spot welding, which has a discontinuous circular form, is worked on the second sheet metal part 12 from above the protective sheet 13. A housing 20 constituted of a sheet metal comprises a first wall part 21, a second wall part 22, and a bottom 23. The first sheet metal part 11, the second sheet metal part 12 and one longitudinal direction-end of the sheet metal 10 with a protective sheet are arranged in such a manner that the first sheet metal part 11, the second sheet metal part 12 and the one longitudinal direction-end of the sheet metal 10 contact a first internal surface 21a of the first wall part 21, the bottom 23, and a second internal surface 22a of the second wall part 22, respectively. The metal sheet 10 with a protective sheet and the housing 20 are spot-welded together at the mark 30 for spot welding after the protective sheet 13 is peeled off.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
