Abstract:
To provide a printed matter adding a metallic sheen and capable of providing metallic sheen feeling in wide reflection angles.SOLUTION: There is provided a printed matter 100 having a gloss printing layer 20 containing a metal scale on a substrate 10, having a projection and/or a recess at at least a part of location corresponding presence location of the gloss printing layer 20 in a plane direction of the printed matter 100 in a gloss printing 20 layer side, in which at least a part of the projection and/or the recess has a pair of inclined planes 31 and 32 which has inclination to a different side based on a perpendicular to a surface of the printed matter, of which inclination angles to the surface of the printed matter do not change continuously, and which satisfies conditions (a) and/or (b). (a) S/L is 0.40 or less, where with comparison of minimum length X of a linear line connecting start points of the pair of inclined planes 31 and 32 each other and minimum length Y of a linear line connecting end points of a pair of inclined angles d in any cross section traversing the projection and/or the recess, the longer one of X and Y is L and the shorter one is S.
