Abstract:
To provide a vehicle brake control device which prevents a slip caused by an operation of a second brake device on an extremely-low μ road, surely stops a vehicle, and shortens a brake distance.SOLUTION: In a vehicle brake control device which comprises a first brake device for braking all wheels of front two wheels and rear two wheels, and a second brake device for braking the rear two wheels, and operates the second brake device when a vehicle speed reaches a prescribed threshold or lower during an operation of the first brake device, the vehicle brake control device also comprises: slip behavior detection means S6 for detecting a continuous slip behavior of an own vehicle during the operation of the first brake device; and threshold lowering means S10 for lowering the prescribed threshold in the second brake device when the continuous slip behavior of the own vehicle is detected during the operation of the first brake device by the slip behavior detection means S6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
