Abstract:
To allow labor saving of work to assemble food on a tray, release workers from simple hard work and improve sanitation management.SOLUTION: A food transfer device according to one embodiment includes a plurality of gripping parts for gripping each of a plurality of food groups aggregated in an accumulation area, and includes a food transfer unit capable of transferring the plurality of food groups from the accumulation area to the tray, a weight measurement unit for measuring the weight the plurality of food groups gripped by each of the plurality of gripping parts, and a control unit for selecting the gripping part for transferring the food groups to the tray so that the weight of the food transferred to the tray falls within a predetermined range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
