Abstract:
To provide a control device of an internal combustion engine for obtaining a desired combustion characteristic.SOLUTION: An ECU 31 of an internal combustion engine 10 which performs control processing for combusting fuel injected from a pair of injectors 25a, 25b in the same combustion chamber 11a comprises a memory 32 which functions as an injection control part for acquiring a required fuel injection amount per cylinder corresponding to an operation state of the internal combustion engine 10, and deriving and setting a fuel injection amount of each injector, and setting the fuel injection amount of each injector according to a divided injection rate of each injector. When one of the fuel injection amounts of the injectors which is set in the memory is smaller than a minimum guaranteed fuel injection amount (TAUMIN) of the injector, the ECU rewrites and sets the smallest value out of the fuel injection amounts to the minimum guaranteed fuel injection amount, adjusts the fuel injection amount of the other injector to a value for maintaining the divided injection rate, and rewrites and sets it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
