Abstract:
To provide a display that reduces leakage current in the lateral direction.SOLUTION: A display comprises: a first electrode; a second electrode adjacent to the first electrode; a partition wall arranged between the first electrode and second electrode; a wire arranged on the partition wall; an organic layer covering the first electrode, second electrode, partition wall, and wire; and a third electrode covering the organic layer. The organic layer is arranged between the wire and third electrode; the width of the wire is smaller than the length between the first electrode and second electrode; and the value of resistance between the wire and third electrode is higher than the value of resistance between the first electrode and a second electrode layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
