Abstract:
To provide a joint structure of a wall member and a foundation which saves a labor required for fixing work of driving many screws into a steel panel for fixing a base to a wall member, which has no positional deviation of an anchor bolt for avoiding an interference with the screw, and in which splitting does not occur even when bending acts on a base in an earthquake.SOLUTION: A joint structure of a wall member and a foundation comprises: a column base steel plate 3 whose lower side portion 3a is buried in and fixed to a foundation 2 and whose upper side portion 3b is exposed from a top face 2a of the foundation 2; a wall member 4 including a slit 4c formed upward from an opening of a bottom face so as to store the upper side portion 3b of the column base steel plate 3 which is exposed from the top face 2a of the foundation; an attachment pin hole 3c formed in the upper side portion 3b of the column base steel plate 3; a wall pin hole 4d formed with penetrating the slit 4c of the wall member 4 in a perpendicular direction; and a fastener 5 penetrating the attachment pin hole 3c and the wall pin hole 4d and fastening the column base steel plate 3 to the wall member 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
