Abstract:
To provide a powder coating composition that can form a matte coating film excellent in finish quality, coating hardness, weather resistance and base material adhesion.SOLUTION: A powder coating composition contains a binder component containing a hydroxy group-containing fluorine resin (A), a polyester resin (B) with an acid value of 10 mgKOH/g or less and a hydroxyl value 10-100 mgKOH/g, and blocked polyisocyanate (C), acrylic fine particles (D) with a volume average particle size 21-45 μm, and a coloring pigment (E). Relative to the 100 pts.mass of the total solid content of the binder component, the content of component (A) is 20-55 pts.mass, the content of component (B) is 20-55 pts.mass, the content of component (C) is 10-40 pts.mass, the content of acrylic fine particles (D) is 1-40 pts.mass, and the content of coloring pigment (E) is 0.5-100 pts.mass.SELECTED DRAWING: None
