Abstract:
To make it possible to suppress a change in viscosity of resin.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a light emitting device includes the steps of; preparing a syringe in which a resin material containing liquid resin and particles is accommodated; disposing the syringe under an atmosphere of humidity of 20% or less and a temperature of 0°C or more and 5°C or less; disposing a substrate on which a light emitting element is mounted at a lower side of the syringe; and discharging a liquid resin material from a discharge port of a nozzle to cover the light emitting element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
