Abstract:
To provide a golf club capable of solving problems that may arise from inversely-tapered fitting.SOLUTION: A golf club 100 includes: an inversely-tapered-shape tip engagement part RT disposed at a tip of a shaft 300; and a screw member 600. The tip engagement part RT includes an inversely-tapered-shape sleeve 400 fixed to the tip of the shaft 300. The sleeve 400 includes a sleeve-side connection part 410 at the tip thereof. The screw member 600 includes a screw-side connection part 602 that is removably connectable to the sleeve-side connection part 410, and a male screw part 604. A head 200 includes a female screw part 220. When the screw member 600 is rotated in a first direction, the screw member 600 pushes the tip engagement part RT in an engagement direction. When the screw member 600 is rotated in a second direction with respect to the female screw part 220, while retaining connection of the sleeve-side connection part 410 and the screw-side connection part 602, the screw member 600 pulls the tip engagement part RT in a direction of releasing the engagement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
