Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of an air conditioner with a heat exchanger in which a flare plate stop position adjustment is unnecessary even when the position of a pipe port part of a pipe changes by kind of heat exchanger and flare processing of the same shape is formed at constant depth in the pipe port parts of pipes with different lengths, and/or the manufacturing method of an outdoor unit for use in the air conditioner.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an air conditioner is characterized as follows: a flare base B with a flare punch 10 in a tip is drawn to a reference table A through connection/tensile force generating means for connecting the flare base B with a grip body base 3h, and generating tensile force in the direction to draw each other between constant distances, and is drawn to the fixed/retained grip body base 3h side through locking means; thereby, the flare punch 10 is forcibly fitted into the pipe expansion part of the pipe port part side to give flare processing; then, the flare base B, the grip body base 3h and each slide base are escaped from a heat exchanger 5; and thereby the air conditioner with the heat exchanger 5 is manufactured and/or its outdoor unit is manufactured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
