Abstract:
To appropriately secure both of stable conveyance of corrugated board sheets and removal of paper powder and paper pieces due to groove cutting processing.SOLUTION: A paper powder paper piece removal device 810 removes paper powder and paper pieces of corrugated board sheets produced by groove cutting processing of a slotter device 6 of a carton making machine 1. The paper powder paper piece removal device 810 includes: a feed shaft 800 which is extended along a sheet width direction of the corrugated board sheets, allows a driving force to be transmitted and is rotated; feeding rollers 820, 840 which are fitted onto the feed shaft 800 and are rotated, and are brought into contact with the corrugated board sheets and apply a conveying force; and a roller 830 with brush which is fitted onto the feed shaft 800 and is rotated, and is brought into contact with a groove cutting part of the corrugated board sheets and removes paper powder and paper pieces of the part. Therein, a plurality of feeding rollers 820, 840 and a plurality of rollers 830 with brush are respectively provided on the feed shaft 800, and the feeding rollers 820, 840 are adjacently arranged on each of the plurality of rollers 830 with brush.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
