Abstract:
To solve the problem that a processing capacity of an automatic analyzer is deteriorated in a conventional manner to avoid original specimen contamination.SOLUTION: An automatic analyzer includes: a specimen holding unit for holding a specimen container to store a specimen; a specimen dispensation unit for dispensing a specimen from the specimen container to a dilution vessel; a dilution vessel holding unit for holding the dilution vessel to store a dilution specimen obtained by diluting a specimen; a dilution specimen dispensation unit for dispensing a dilution specimen from the dilution vessel to a reaction vessel; and a control unit for allowing the specimen dispensation unit to perform a cleaning operation of the specimen dispensation unit with a cleaning liquid by an arbitrary number of cleaning times while the dilution specimen dispensation unit dispenses a dilution specimen to the reaction vessel according to a measurement item.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
