Abstract:
To provide a fluorescence type optical fiber thermometer with which it is possible to improve repeat accuracy.SOLUTION: The tip of an optical fiber tube 11 and a fluorescent substance 12 are covered by a bottomed cylindrical tilting barrel 30, and the tip of the tilting barrel 30 is covered by a bottomed cylindrical contact barrel 20, the contact barrel 20 having its outer bottom 23 constituted pressible against a detection object 13 and including a dent 25 at center of its inner bottom 24 the depth of which increases toward the tip side, the tilting barrel 30 including a bulge 35 at its outer bottom 33 the height of which increases toward the tip side, with the bulge 35 slidably fitted in the dent 25 while the contact barrel 20 is pressed against the detection object 13, the optical fiber tube 11 and the tilting barrel 30 being tiltably connected to the contact barrel 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
