Abstract:
To provide a liquid level detector with which it is possible to easily and reliably fix a float arm to a holder without incurring an increase in costs or device size.SOLUTION: An arm fixing part 82 comprises an engaging hole 81 into which is inserted an engaging end 71a that is a bent base end of a float arm 71, a holding part 83 having a holding groove 86 into which is fitted the float arm 71 that is pivoted about the engaging end 71a inserted into the engaging hole 81, and a locking part 84 having a pawl part 87 for locking the circumferential surface of the float arm 71 that is fitted into the holding groove 86. The holding part 83 includes holding pieces 85 for forming the holding groove 86 and arranged along the surface of the holder 70, the holing pieces 85 having a holding protrusion 91 protruding toward the surface of the holder 70, with the amount of protrusion gradually increasing as the distance from the engaging hole 81 increases.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
