Abstract:
本発明は、一般に、ヒトＣＤ３７に結合する抗体およびＣＤ３７に基づく治療法のための診断アッセイに関する。ＣＤ３７抗体およびその抗原結合性断片は、ＣＤ３７のアミノ酸１１０〜１３７の１つまたは複数を含むエピトープに結合することができる。ＣＤ３７抗体およびその抗原結合性断片は、ＣＤ３７のアミノ酸１０７〜２４２（配列番号２０）を含むポリペプチドおよび／またはＣＤ３７のアミノ酸１０７〜２３５（配列番号１９）を含むポリペプチドに結合することもできるが、ＣＤ３７のアミノ酸１３８〜２３５からなるポリペプチドに結合しない。
