Abstract:
To provide a sterilization method of isolator in which, by allowing sterilizing gas to be sprayed throughout the working room, sterilization of the inside of the working room is effectively performed, as well as to provide an isolator that is suitable for sterilizing the equipment used in the work.SOLUTION: An isolator includes a work chamber in which work is performed, a filter for cleaning air in the work chamber, a fan for generating an air flow in the work chamber, an air supply air-tight damper for supplying air from outside, an exhaust air-tight damper for exhausting air to the outside, a sterile gas generator for generating a sterilizing gas, and a sterilizing gas spraying means provided in the working chamber for spraying the sterilizing gas from the sterilizing gas generator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
