To provide a packaging bag and a sealing device thereof suitable for printing a use-by date, an expiration date, or the like.SOLUTION: A bag main body A includes: a first heat seal portion 12 formed across a width thereof from one end to the other; a second heat seal portion 13 formed parallel to the first heat seal portion and across the width of the bag main body from one end to the other; and a printing area 14 made up of a non-sealing portion having substantially the same length as the first and second heat seal portions, and formed between the first heat seal portion 12 and the second heat seal portion 13. And the sealing device includes a first row mechanism X for sealing the first heat seal portion 12 and a second row mechanism Y for sealing the second heat seal portion 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
