Abstract:
To provide a server capable of determining attributes of a customer even when his/her face cannot be detected and a program.SOLUTION: The server includes: a storage part for storing for each attribute of a customer visiting a shop a behavior pattern characteristically representing a behavior of the customer in the shop according to each attribute of the customer; measurement means for measuring the behavior of the customer in the shop on the basis of a picked-up image of the customer visiting the shop picked up by a camera installed in the shop; reception means for receiving an inquiry about the attributes of a customer from a sales processor which executes transaction processing of a sales object to be sold to this customer in the shop; and attribute determination means for determining attributes of the customer by comparing the behavior of the customer measured by the measurement means with the behavior pattern stored by the storage part when there is an inquiry by the reception means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
