Abstract:
To provide a resistance welding structure of an appearance component, which can prevent appearance quality from being deteriorated.SOLUTION: A resistance welding structure of an appearance component includes: a first welding margin 12 that is formed at a front side of a tip of a center member 2 extended in one direction; a second welding margin 13 that is formed at a backside of the tip of a side member 3 being extended in a direction opposite to the center member 2 and welded to the first welding margin 12; an anticorrosive seal material that is interposed between the first and second welding margins 12 and 13; a groove part 14 that is formed on the center member 2 at a side of a base end with respect to the first welding margin 12 so as to introduce electro-deposition solution; and a flange part 15 that is formed in the side member 3 at a side of the tip with respect to the second welding margin 13 and that overlaps with the groove part 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
