Abstract:
To provide a door frame which is achieved in design for covering an upper end of a door frame garnish with a frame molding.SOLUTION: A door frame DF has an erecting column part VF, and a door frame garnish 1 extending along the erecting column part VF. The erecting column part VF has a plate-shaped part VF1 directed to the outside of a cabin. The plate-shaped part VF1 includes a notch C11 intruding into an internal peripheral side of a window frame of a vehicle door from an edge part of an external peripheral side, and a notch C12 communicating with the notch C11. An opening width Wof the notch C12 is set larger than an opening width Wof a boundary part with the notch C12 being an end part of the notch C11. The door frame garnish 1 has a lock part 21 inserted into the notch C11 from the external peripheral side of the window frame. The lock part 21 is elastically deformed by abutting on a peripheral edge of the notch C11, restored when arriving at the inside of the notch C12, and abuts on a peripheral edge of the notch C12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14A
