Abstract:
To obtain a vehicle seat with improved strength of a webbing and a sewing method of the webbing.SOLUTION: In a state where an outer side webbing 54 and an inner side webbing 56 are in a loop shape, both ends 54A, 54B of the outer side webbing 54 are sewn to an outer cover 80, and both ends 56A, 56B of the inner side webbing 56 are sewn to an inner cover 82. Accordingly, the outer side webbing 54 and the inner side webbing 56 are sewn to the outer cover 80 and the inner cover 82, respectively, in a doubled state. Therefore, as compared with a case where the outer side webbing 54 and the inner side webbing 56 are sewn to the outer cover 80 and the inner cover 82, respectively, in a single state, the strength of the outer side webbing 54 and the inner side webbing 56 is improved. Thereby, even if deployment pressure of the side air bag 27 rises, an inflation direction of a side air bag 27 can be restricted, and a deployment loss of the side air bag 27 can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
