Abstract:
To provide a polyimide film that has an improved flexure resistance to multiple flexure.SOLUTION: Provided is a polyimide film comprising polyimide as a main component and in which the difference (ΔN) between the refractive index in the MD direction and the refractive index in the TD direction of the polyimide film is 0.02 or more, it does not rupture when bent 100,000 times under the condition of a bending radius of 2 mm, a bending angle of 135° and a load of 1.25 kg/m, and the bending mark cannot visually be confirmed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
