Abstract:
To provide an information processing apparatus allowing a customer to receive an electronic receipt and enjoy service only by carrying a customer's medium, and to provide a portable terminal device and a program.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus comprises: a storage unit which stores first identification information for identifying a portable terminal device to which electronic receipt information related to transaction is transmitted in association with second identification information for identifying a customer to whom a shop identified by shop identification information provides service; receiving means for receiving the first identification information and the shop identification information; extracting means for extracting the second identification information corresponding to the first identification information by searching the storage unit on the basis of the first identification information and the shop identification information received by the receiving means; and transmitting means for transmitting the second identification information extracted by the extracting means to the portable terminal device identified by the first identification information received by the receiving means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
