Abstract:
To minimally suppress changes in frequency characteristics in response to environmental changes.SOLUTION: An optical receiving apparatus includes a local light source 2, a dual polarization optical hybrid circuit 10a for mixing an input optical signal and a local oscillator light and separating different components of the input optical signal, a photodiode 11 for converting the optical signal separated by the hybrid circuit 10a into an electric signal, a TIA/AGC-IC 12a for amplifying the output signal of the photodiode 11, a signal processing LSI 3a for processing the amplified signal to obtain a reception signal, a temperature sensor 121 provided in the optical receiving apparatus, a storage unit 40 for storing a control parameter of a gain/frequency characteristic of the TIA/AGC-IC 12a for each temperature, and a control unit 41 for acquiring a control parameter corresponding to the temperature data measured by the temperature sensor 121 from the storage unit 40 and controlling the gain/frequency characteristic of the TIA/AGC-IC 12a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
