Abstract:
To provide an assembly unit of a molding roller capable of accurately installing the molding roller and a sliding ring on a bottom spindle with excellent workability.SOLUTION: An assembly unit comprises a molding roller 20 having mutually separately arranged molding flange part 78 and installation flange part 79, a pair of sliding rings 81 and 82 coming into slide contact with the installation flange part 79 from both sides in the central axis direction of the molding roller 20, a first ring body 71 and a second ring body 72 arranged so as to sandwich the installation flange part 79 and the pair of sliding rings 81 and 82 from both sides in the central axis direction, and a fixing part for fixing the first ring body 71 and the second ring body 72.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
