Abstract:
To provide conductive particles which are capable of suppressing corrosion of a conductive layer that contains nickel even in the presence of either an acid or an alkali.SOLUTION: Each conductive particle according to the present invention comprises a base particle and a conductive layer that is arranged on the surface of the base particle and contains nickel. The conductive layer containing nickel is an alloy layer containing nickel and at least one of tin and indium; and the average total content of tin and indium in 100 wt.% of a region of the conductive layer containing nickel from the outer surface to 1/2 of the depth thereof is less than 5 wt.%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
