Abstract:
To provide a precise viewpoint conversion image by using distance information with a low spatial resolution.SOLUTION: An image processing device comprises: an image acquisition part which acquires a photographic image having a first spatial resolution; a distance acquisition part which acquires a distance image being depth information having a second spatial resolution having a resolution lower than the first spatial resolution; an image recognition part which extracts an area including a three-dimensional object area corresponding to a three-dimensional object in the photographic image; a distance calculation part which calculates depth information of the three-dimensional object area on the basis of the distance image; a correction part which corrects coordinate transformation information for coordinate transformation of the photographic image on the basis of the depth information of the three-dimensional object area calculated by the distance calculation part; and a viewpoint conversion image generation part which generates a viewpoint conversion image obtained by the coordinate transformation of the photographic image by using the coordinate transformation information corrected by the correction part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
