Abstract:
To make it possible to convey necessary information by using visual sense in addition to voice, properly notify persons who cannot understand content of notification by sound alone, and send an accurate notification of information difficult to convey only by sound.SOLUTION: The loudspeaker includes: a microphone 3 for picking up sound uttered by a user; a speaker 8 for outputting sound; a projector 9 for projecting an image onto an external projection surface; and a control unit 6 that projects an image of a notifying screen corresponding to a synthesized speech from the projector while outputting a synthesized speech of another language corresponding to an original speech picked up by the microphone from the speaker.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
