Abstract:
To provide an acoustic matching layer excellent in heat resistance, durability, and acoustic impedance characteristics.SOLUTION: As a base material, a plate-shaped member made of metal, ceramics, or the like is used. By providing a completely dense portion 2 provided in a propagation direction of sound waves and a recess 3 in the propagation direction of sound waves, acoustic impedance is reduced and transmission of sound waves to gas is efficiently performed. Furthermore, since the completely dense portion 2 through which sound waves propagate is dense, an acoustic transmission loss is small and excellent characteristics can be obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
