Abstract:
To provide a semiconductor device capable of achieving low cost of a system.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device 1 comprises: an A/D converter 3 for converting an analog signal V2 into a digital signal D1 by use of a power supply voltage VCC; an A/D converter 4 for converting a constant voltage VD for a level shifter 2 into a digital signal D2 by use of the power supply voltage VCC; a storage part 5 in which a digital signal D3 output from the A/D converter 4 is stored when the power supply voltage VCC is a rated value; and computing units 6, 7 for correcting an error of the digital signal D1 caused by fluctuation of the power supply voltage VCC based on the digital signals D2, D3. Accordingly, a constant voltage source for A/D conversion becomes unnecessary.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
