Abstract:
To provide a fishing line having improved mechanical strength, and improved surface slipperiness of the fishing line, water repellency and weather resistance, while including diameter thinning, abrasion resistance and easiness of knotting; and to provide a fishing line used for an ayu-fishing tackle.SOLUTION: A fishing line includes a coating part 5 on the outer periphery of a core wire body 41 comprising a composite yarn of a core part 2 which is a multi-filament yarn having a high mechanical strength characteristic, and a metal wire side part 31. By using a resin composition containing a fluorine compound having a functional group used for the coating part 5, surface slipperiness of a fishing line, water repellency, weathering resistance and the like are improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
