Abstract:
To provide methods for culturing matsutake mushroom (Tricoderma matsutake) with simple and sure preparation of matsutake mycorrhiza seedlings.SOLUTION: The matsutake culturing method of the invention comprises the steps of: (a) growing a host plant using hydroponic culture and long-day treatment; (b) culturing matsutake mycelium to prepare an inoculum source; (c) inoculating the host plant grown in the step (a) with the inoculum source and growing the host plant under long-day treatment to obtain a mycorrhiza seedling; and (d) implanting the mycorrhiza seedling in the soil, where the steps (a), (c) and (d) are carried out under nonsterile conditions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
