Abstract:
To provide a retractor which can be easily handled in endoscopic surgery.SOLUTION: A development body comprises: an exclusion part formed of a movable wire and plural fixation wires arranged in the surrounding of the movable wire, in which a distal end of the movable wire and distal ends of the fixation wires are connected; an intubation pipe whose distal end is connected to proximal ends of the fixation wires, whose proximal end is coupled to a second grip part, and into which the movable wire is penetrated; and a regulation member connected to the proximal end of the movable wire, and regulates the movement of the movable wire. By relative movement of the first grip part and second grip part, the regulation member regulates movement of the movable wire when coming into contact with the first grip part, and in the state, if the first grip part and second grip part are relatively moved in a direction where the grip parts come close to each other, the distal end of the intubation pipe connected to the second grip part and the distal end of the movable wire whose movement is regulated are brought into close to each other for bending the fixation wires to for develop the exclusion part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
