Abstract:
To provide a packing machine having an ultrasonic sealing device which makes a packing material in a tension state immediately before ultrasonic sealing, and performs the ultrasonic sealing after eliminating wrinkles so as to prevent sealing failures from occurring even if wrinkles occur to the packing material sent in the ultrasonic sealing device.SOLUTION: Wrinkle suppression rollers 17, 17 for clamping a packing material are provided in the upstream side that the packing material is sent in an ultrasonic sealing device 11. A peripheral velocity Vr1 of the wrinkle suppression rollers 17, 17 is set at a speed slower than a whole paper feeding speed Vf of the packing material. The packing material of a sealing scheduled region Rs becomes a tension state by a friction force caused by slippage occurring between the wrinkle suppression rollers 17, 17 and the packing material. Even if loosening or extension occurs to the packing material, the packing material is flattened by the tension state so as to suppress the occurrence of wrinkles, and ultrasonic sealing is performed in a state of suppressing the occurrence of wrinkles in the sealing scheduled region of the packing material, so that sealing failures can be avoided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
