Abstract:
To provide a polypeptide having high affinity and effects on plant pathogen fungi, which are plant or crop pests.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a polypeptide containing at least one heavy chain variable domain (VHH or VH) of an antibody specifically binding to sphingolipid of plant pathogen, for example, glucosyl ceramide, or a functional fragment thereof. Examples of plant pathogen include Alternaria, Ascochyta, Botrytis, Cercospora, Colletotrichum, Diplodia, Erysiphe, Fusarium, Leptosphaeria.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
