Abstract:
To prevent unstable combustion even when pulverized coal amount supplied to a burner is fluctuated in a combustion system having the burner enabling angular adjustment of turning vanes for turning secondary air.SOLUTION: A combustion system includes a burner having a plurality of turning vanes that are arranged to surround a nozzle for injecting pulverized coal and of which angle to combustion air can be adjusted. The combustion system further includes: a pulverized coal flowmeter for measuring a pulverized coal flow rate in supply piping for guiding pulverized coal mixed air with which pulverized coal is mixed from a coal pulverizer to the burner; and a control device for determining an angle of the turning vane on the basis of a measurement result obtained by the pulverized coal flowmeter and adjusting the angle of the turning vane on the basis of the determined angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
