Abstract:
To provide a heat exchanger where brazing is performed on the inside of a tube without applying flux, and connection failure never occurs.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 10 comprises a tube 300 in which a flow passage FP for passing heat medium is formed, and an inner fin 320 arranged in the flow passage FP in a state of being brazed on an inner surface of the tube 300. At least one of the tube 300 and the inner fin 320 has a tabular core material layer 321, and a brazing material layer 322 formed so as to cover a surface of the core material layer 321. The core material layer 321 is composed of an aluminum alloy where content of magnesium is equal to or more than 0.1 wt.% and less than 0.3 wt.%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
