Abstract:
To provide a highly reliable power conversion device capable of suppressing a rise in capacitor temperature.SOLUTION: The power conversion device 1 comprises a semiconductor module 10, a main P bus bar 30p, a main N bus bar 30n, a capacitor module 40, an input P bus bar 5p and an input N bus bar 5n. The input N bus bar 5n is connected to a DC power supply. The main N bus bar 30n is connected to a negative electrode terminal of the semiconductor module 10 to conduct a DC power. In the capacitor module 40, a capacitor N bus bar 42n connected to a negative electrode terminal 41n of a first capacitor 41 is molded by a capacitor mold resin 46 for molding the capacitor 41. The input N bus bar 5n has: a first N connection part 51n connected to the capacitor N bus bar 42n; and a second N connection part 52n connected to the main N bus bar 30n. The main N bus bar 30n is arranged outside the capacitor mold resin 46.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
