Abstract:
To provide a workpiece conveying device capable of enhancing a stability in conveying a workpiece.SOLUTION: A linear feeder 3 includes: a vibration part 21b having a conveying surface 30 on which a workpiece W is placed; a first vibration applying part 51 for causing the conveying surface 30 to generate a first standing wave; a second vibration applying part 52 for causing the conveying surface 30 to generate a second standing wave; and progress wave generation means 22 for causing the conveying surface 30 to generate the first standing wave and the second standing wave to thereby cause the conveying surface 30 to generate a progress wave. The vibration part 21b includes a first region 102 in which the first vibration applying part 51 is provided and a second region 103 in which the second vibration applying part 52 is provided, and the first region 102 and the second region 103 are overlapped at least partially in an advancing direction of the progress wave.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
