Abstract:
To provide a range switching device capable of facilitating controllability.SOLUTION: A range switching device 100 includes a first piston 24 having a first pressure receiving surface S1 imparting first thrust to a spool 20, a second piston 21 having a second pressure receiving surface S2 imparting second thrust in a direction opposite to the first thrust to the spool 20, a third piston 30 having a third pressure receiving surface S3 imparting third thrust in a direction identical with the first thrust to the spool 20, and a stopper 15 for regulating the maximum movement amount of the third piston so that the maximum movement amount of the third piston is smaller than the maximum movement amount of the first piston. An area of the second pressure receiving surface S2 is larger than an area of the first pressure receiving surface S1, and is smaller than the sum of the area of the first pressure receiving surface S1 and an area of the third pressure receiving surface S3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
