Abstract:
To improve work efficiency in a state of maintaining collection efficiency of an exhaust object.SOLUTION: Kitchen ventilation equipment 100 comprises a sheet member 110 attached to an outer edge part 14a of an exhaust hood 14 provided above a cooking appliance 10, hung in a vertical direction, and having flexibility. The sheet member 110 is shorter than a length between the exhaust hood 14 and the cooking appliance 10. Consequently, the kitchen ventilation equipment can secure a collection effect of an exhaust object substantially equivalent to a case where a hanging wall is provided, and also can improve work efficiency in a state of maintaining collection efficiency of the exhaust object because it does not block a traffic line of a cooking person.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
